Guarantee Vintage Surf

Our Production Guarantee

Last updated: 18 September 2026. Every order from Vintage Surf is produced to order in Australia by Merch Machine (ABN 88 630 505 770). Here is what we guarantee on every order.

1. You see it before we produce it

We send a free digital art proof for every personalised order. Nothing is produced until you approve it. If something does not look right, tell us and we will adjust the proof before production starts.

2. We fix our mistakes

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, produced incorrectly, or materially different from the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You choose whether we remake and resend your order at our cost, or refund you in full, including the original postage.

3. Lost parcels are on us

If the carrier confirms your parcel is lost in transit, we will remake and resend it at our cost.

4. Cancel any time before approval

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your art proof.

What this guarantee does not cover

Because every personalised item is made specifically for you, decorated items cannot be returned for a change of mind. We also cannot offer a free remake for errors that were in a proof you approved, such as a misspelled name or the wrong logo file, so please check your proof carefully. Blank, undecorated stock items can be returned for a change of mind. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
